Two UN bodies paid into the same sanctioned estate

UNICEF paid Jupiter for Investments over half a million dollars for "management and admin services"; separately, Cham Contracting installed UNDOF's headquarters security system at Yafour Resort, a hotel trade press reports as owned by Hamsho Group International. Two independent UN money flows into the same estate, one of them into a property the estate itself owns.

UNICEF → Jupiter: OCCRP/SIRAJ, drawing on an SLDP/OPEN study, reports Jupiter for Investments SA received over half a million dollars from UNICEF for management and admin services, and is owned by relatives of Mohammad Hamsho, including four under sanctions.

UNDOF → Cham Contracting: Cham Contracting's own project page records an integrated security system — vehicle barriers, fire alarm, anti-shatter film, perimeter fencing, roughly $60,000, 1–21 January 2015 — installed for UNDOF headquarters at Al-Saboura / Yaafour Resort.

Yafour Resort is reported by trade press as owned by Hamsho Group International, and this register carries it as a Hamsho International Group subsidiary at strong confidence — the weakest link in this finding, since that ownership rests on press reporting rather than a primary document.

A UN peacekeeping mission was headquartered in a hotel this estate owns, and paid a company in the same estate to secure it.
