Jupiter's four sanctioned owners are now all named
OCCRP reported that Jupiter for Investments is owned by relatives of Mohammed Hamcho, "including four who are under sanctions." This register had documented only three and flagged a fourth as unidentified. The fourth is Ali Mohamad Hamcho — a third Hamcho son, on the OFAC SDN list since April 2023 — and Ahmad Saber Hamcho's own directory profile independently names him a founding 11% (1,100-share) partner of the Jupiter vehicle.
Stated by a primary source — the party's own filing, site, or an official designation.
The four sanctioned relative-owners are now all in this register: Ahmad Saber Hamcho, Amr Mohamed Hamsho, Ali Mohamad Hamcho and Emad Hamsho — the first three brothers, the fourth the family's independently-sanctioned metals cousin.
Ali's passport, N005361042, is consecutive with Amr's (N005361043), corroborating the sibling link from the passport register itself.
Ahmad's 11% founding stake in شركة جوبيتر للاستثمارات is the first shareholder-level confirmation — not just a family-name inference — that the Hamsho sons own Jupiter, matching OCCRP's ownership claim.
Whether OCCRP's "Jupiter for Investments SA" is legally identical to this register's Syrian "Jupiter for Investment and Tourism" is still not proven; the ownership finding stands regardless of that unresolved corporate-form question.
