An internal Hadeed memo names a commission recipient and a rival Hmeisho company

A 2014 internal Hadeed Metal Manufacturing memo records a large commission paid to Samir Hmeisho's company for scrap-iron purchases, and separately describes market competition from a company it calls "Emad Hmeisho's" over preferential electricity tariffs.

Multiple independent technical or documentary indicators agree, with no contrary evidence.

استخراج و نقل السكراب الخاص بشركة حديدSubject line, Hadeed Metal Manufacturing internal memo, dated 2014-05-04

Records three payments toward a scrap-iron extraction project referred to as "Dara": $1,000,000 paid 20 August 2013, $600,000 paid 9 March 2014, and SYP 117,210,000 paid as a sales commission to Samir Hmeisho's company for purchases from suppliers and for scrap delivered by the Dara project's own vehicles.

Separately describes a competitor, referred to as "Emad Hmeisho's company" (شركة عماد حميشو), entering the scrap-melting market with older furnaces and — on the memo's account — using a 66 KV power tariff not imposed on it, against the 230 KV tariff Hadeed pays, undercutting Hadeed's price by roughly half.

Emad Hamsho is already in this register as a separately sanctioned relative of Mohammed Hamcho and owner of Syria Metal Industries. This memo is the first indication in this dataset of commercial friction, not coordination, between two branches of the family's metals interests.
